Pregnancy is over—your baby is here! This is a beautiful, transformative time for your family, and it can also be intense, emotional, and exhausting. The first several weeks after birth are a season of recovery, adjustment, and learning your baby—often on very little sleep. It’s a vulnerable time that many parents aren’t fully prepared for, especially once the early support fades and the nights feel long.
That’s where I come in.
If you’ve found me, you’re likely preparing for the 4th trimester or already in it. Either way—congratulations! My goal is to help you move through this transition with grace and peace, rather than overwhelm and anxiety. As a postpartum doula offering overnight support, I provide calm, consistent care during this tender season. I support your baby through the night, help with feeding and soothing, and create space for you to get the real rest your body and mind need to heal.
I meet you exactly where you are. Every family is unique, and your postpartum support should be too. I’m here to answer questions, ease worries, and walk alongside you—so you don’t have to face the 4th trimester alone.

As a postpartum doula, my focus is on supporting and encouraging you in your role as your baby’s parent. During our time together, I offer hands-on guidance with newborn care and breastfeeding, answer questions as they come up, and help your new baby gently settle into your family. My goal is to support you with practical care, reassurance, and education—so you feel confident, rested, and supported during this early season.

Glad you are here.
I am a CAPPA certified postpartum doula and Carrot eligible provider with over 20 years of experience caring for infants. I hold a degree in Social Work and am also a practicing Life and Health Coach.
I am a mother of four, with my oldest and youngest children twenty years apart. This wide span of motherhood, along with over a decade as a foster parent to infants and toddlers, has deepened my ability to offer calm, responsive, and compassionate care. It has also given me firsthand experience supporting families through complex and emotionally charged seasons, and across every stage of parenting—from the newborn period through young adulthood. Welcoming my youngest child at age 44 has provided personal insight into the unique joys, challenges, and considerations of parenting later in life.
A Midwest girl at heart, I moved to Colorado in 2013 and treasure time in these beloved Rocky Mountains. I actively work with children in various roles (because kids are fun!) and had the privilege of homeschooling my children for five years, which strengthened my patience, flexibility, and ability to meet families where they are.
When I’m not supporting families, I enjoy working out at the gym, cooking nourishing food from scratch, hiking, and spending time with my family. I am honored to walk alongside you during this important life transition.
Overnight care focuses on supporting both parents and baby so families can rest. This includes newborn feeding support, soothing, diapering, and attentive care throughout the night, while keeping parents informed and at ease.
